Goals

• The new machines will require a new cabinet & countertop suitable for the increased weight
• Existing cabinets need to be removed and disposed of
• Beverage company will install new machines immediately following the cabinet installation
• Some locations will require additional power for new beverage machines. 

Proposed Solution

• Resicom will conduct site surveys at each of the 90 locations to develop site-specific work scopes
• Resicom will provide an online dashboard detailing the Information from all 90 locations

Implementation

• Resicom created a production & delivery schedule for the entire program
• Resicom completed 5 stores in the Southern California market to pilot the installation process and ensure quality
• Resicom documented the process and dispatched 3 traveling teams to complete all locations in 60 days
