  Responsibilities
  – project set up and vendor assignment
  – preparation of scopes/ estimates
  – reviewing work orders
  – material procurement
  – data entry of purchase orders, invoicing
  – vendor compliance and documentation
  – vendor sourcing

  Skills
  – flexibility to oversee simultaneous projects
  – ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment a must
  – excellent written and verbal communication skills
  – computer proficiency – Mac experience a plus
  – typing 40 wpm

  Education/ Experience 
  – Associate degree or higher
  – Property management, construction or retail experience a plus

  Salary Range – Entry Level

  Full service Facilities Maintenance Company based in Romeoville, IL offering both construction an consulting services to retailers to assist in developing and protecting the programs for their facility spaces — brand protection through facilities renovation, maintenance and repair.

  We are accepting applications for two full-time Construction Project Managers on our Construction Team. These positions will require travel.

  Responsibilities:

  Management

  • Coordination of facility maintenance projects and rollouts including procurement of labor and materials, assisting with project and rollout logistics, scheduling and overseeing all stages of project pipeline.
  • Develop brand expertise as client liaison

  Support

  • Assist in preparation of documentation, layout and communication tolls to vendors, clients and internal staff.
  • Support home office and construction service teams as needed.
  • Work with home office to create processes and support company initiatives.

  Lead

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Wide range of coordination tasks using our software systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
