Do You Communicate Clearly – A Self Reflection Exercise

So often a “yes or no” question is asked, but a paragraph response is given. It baffles me why so many people stumble on this. I get it – they are afraid of providing the wrong answer, or they want to show how hard something was, or a bunch of other reasons.

As a question asker, I like to have my simple questions answered simply.

Please consider how you feel when you ask quick questions with the intention of receiving a quick answer, only to have to endure a long, unnecessary list of what the other person has done, will do, or is struggling with.
