Restaurants
Restaurants invest time, talent and of course expense to ensure that their dining experience is just that- an experience. Our culture places a high value on friends and family coming together to enjoy a meal, whatever the occasion. Now more than ever, today’s savvy diners have expectations beyond what’s listed on the menu for their entertainment dollar. Cuisine conscious customers expect the entire atmosphere of the restaurant to be a reflection of the meal.

Creative Solutions
Perhaps no where else is attention to detail more intrinsic to the overall experience than at a restaurant. When details enhance the ambiance, the overall effect feels seamless and fluid. Lack of details become blaring evidence of sub-par quality or even neglect. Resicom offers a creative solutions team to assist with both concept and execution of the overall experience you want your guests to enjoy. For example, have a particular lighting fixture over the table that centers perfectly, but shifts when customers bump the table? Resicom developed an unique solution to keep fixtures in place during dining but were easily adjusted for movement when cleaning. Restaurants serve as the backdrop for the milestones in people’s lives; restaurants that understand that they are more than just the food they serve secure customer loyalty and business longevity.
Painting and Recolor Projects
Painting has two purposes - one protective and the other decorative. By understanding the two components, we are able to help our clients achieve the aesthetic desired using materials that will properly protect and maintain surfaces. We are resourceful at developing coating solutions for our client when required, and are equally efficient at executing pre-determined specifications.
Our teams are highly attentive to limiting disruption. We schedule work with drying times, odors, prep work coverings and noise in mind, so many of our projects are scheduled during off hours.
As the restaurant business is extremely competitive and fastidious, restaurants often choose to update the overall look of their dining rooms to enhance the experience as well as maintain customer loyalty. These projects may involve repainting of a couple of walls, planned repainting of larger areas, or entire recolor programs where the look of the restaurant is completely altered to reflect menu or theme changes.
Preventative and Emergency Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance, also called Planned Maintenance, is an underutilized piece of the facility maintenance system. The restaurant is regularly inspected with the intention of bundling items to be repaired into one larger scope of work that drives down the cost of individual item repair.
This work is scheduled around the restaurant hours of operations. Much of our Preventative Maintenance work is after close, before opening. This type of scheduling enables us to deliver value to our clients by limiting disruption and giving our technicians the ability to work in an efficient manner.
Emergency Maintenance, also called Reactionary Maintenance, is where a service request is generated after something breaks or is damaged. This is a project that is time sensitive so that disruption is minimal to the appearance and operation of the restaurant.
This work is scheduled to be completed as quickly as possibly. It is often completed before or during operating hours so much care is taken to be unobtrusive to diners and personnel. All efforts are made to limit disruption of the dining experience. Typical projects may include repairing leaks or making repairs to bathroom facilities.
