We are experts at protecting our clients’ brands.
They design and build their stores in such a way as to provide a specific customer experience. We protect that experience through construction and maintenance services tailored to each client’s goals.
Our three key points of differentiation are:
Accountability is critical in effective maintenance programs. To function well, the vendor must be empowered with the understanding of what the client is and, sometimes more importantly, what they are not. This requires an ongoing learning, dialogue and feedback.
Let’s speak the same language. Maintenance programs need continuity with sharable, accurate information to keep performance consistent through internal and external turnover.
How does your process harness today’s information to create smarter options for tomorrow? Our goal is to build a dynamic learning structure that can adjust and bend to our client’s short term objectives while staying on track toward their long term goals.
Our Company Values
Honor the Promise
Keep your promises — both the ones made formally and the implied ones. At the core, everyone is here to make us a stronger company. Otherwise why would he or she be here?
Show your lion’s heart in new challenges, difficult times, and communications. Whether it’s asking for help or sharing unpleasant information, forthrightness is appreciated.
Personal progress, skill development, and persevering through challenges are a given. To really move forward well, we need to forgive well – both others and ourselves.
The team is here to make us stronger, so it probably does not make sense to deflate one another. Respect diversity, skills you do not possess, and help others be their best.
Resicom is built upon on a rich history and strong work ethic. John Fairclough is a 4th generation painting and facility maintenance. He continues to honor the ethics set out so many years ago.
Much like his great-great grandfather, John Fairclough started Resicom with not much more than a dream and a goal. He launched the company from a friends basement. Each morning crew members of technicians and painters would be dispatched from the driveway. Most evenings, family members cleared the table after dinner and then sat down to create mailers and advertisements, do the accounting and map out the company’s future plans.
In 1998, the business was incorporated as Resicom with John Fairclough as president. As the company evolved, Resicom’s true culture solidified and the company continued to grow. In 2009 the economic downturn provided John the best adversity of his career. The environment that brought down many other companies required the mental strength and courage that took a devastating situation and turned it into a defining moment in the company’s history. John initiated and executed a recovery plan that expanded the company’s services and diversified its client base to better prepare it for the next cycle of volatility that is sure to come.
The Resicom Group has a team of people working for it across North America, organized by their Chicago, San Diego and Columbus offices. In addition, we’re continuing to expand our presence across the country with the addition of our Regional Maintenance Supervisor Program.
